Installation Guide

Pre-Installation Checks

  • ✓ Inspect battery for visible damage (cracks, dents, deformation)
  • ✓ Ensure battery top and terminals are clean and dry
  • ✓ Perform full initial charge and let rest overnight
  • ✓ Verify vehicle and accessories voltage requirements
  • ✓ Use proper cables (minimum 2/0 AWG, heavier gauge for lengths over 6 ft)

Installation Steps

  1. Ensure power switch is in OFF position
  2. Secure battery in vehicle with bolts at base
  3. Connect positive terminal cables (largest to smallest)
  4. Tighten nuts and install protective cover
  5. Connect negative terminal cables
  6. Connect switch and display connectors
  7. Press and hold switch for 0.5 seconds to turn on

Terminal Torque: 50–60 in-lbs (5.6–6.8 Nm)

Stack terminals from largest to smallest. Thickest cable must be closest to battery.
